Low-Income Housing Tax Credits & Seniors in Michigan, 2017

Michigan Housing Development Authority includes an Elderly Set-Aside in their 2017 Qualified Allocation Plan. 

Elderly projects (10% statutory set-aside) are those projects in which 100% of the units serve tenants that conform to the federal agency(s) definition of elderly or the MSHDA definition of elderly under the MSHDA Act.
