Scoring Incentives

Oklahoma's 2015 QAP awards 5 points to applicant dedicating at least 10% of the total units for Targeted Populations. Targeted Populations for this particular point criterion may include, but are not limited to Homeless, persons with mental or physical disabilities, or individuals that are handicapped. This designation must not violate any Fair Housing regulations.
