Low Income Housing Tax Credits & Transit in Oregon, 2014

Oregon’s 2014 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) gives preference to projects that are located in walkable areas in proximity to healthy food, transit, education and health services, and are part of a main street revitalization effort.

Projects that are located in Transit Oriented Districts (TOD’s) or other areas where a city or county has, through a local government initiative, encouraged the development and use of public transportation, are eligible for a 30% increase in eligible basis.
