Low Income Housing Tax Credit allocations data, for both 9% and 4% tax credits is now available for each state in the catalog. Each state allocation sheet includes allocations information from 2003 to the most current year available. Data includes the the number of properties and units preserved each year, plus the amount of dollars allocated toward preservation projects.
